The Problem
New employees at Super-Pharm and Erroca needed a structured way to learn about glasses to advise customers and drive sales effectively.
The Solution
An interactive digital training module was created, covering glasses' composition, materials, frames, and design principles. It helps employees enhance their knowledge and sales skills, improving customer service.

Intro
The opening slide engages users with a thought-provoking question, encouraging interaction from the start. It highlights how the term "glasses" reflects their dual-lens nature, creating an inviting learning experience.

Frame types and their benefits
Users explore eyeglass frame types and their benefits. They learn about materials like metal, plastic, and acetate, with interactive clicks revealing advantages. Previous information disappears as they move forward for a focused experience.

Frames Shapes
Beyond design, each frame has a unique overall shape and description. As users go through each description, the image changes accordingly, visually demonstrating the differences between frame shapes and helping users understand the best fit for different face structures.

Review test
The module includes a review of the material through questions focused on different sections, such as frame advantages, material types, and frame shapes. The goal is to ensure users remember the information and are equipped to choose and recommend glasses effectively.
The module includes multiple-choice questions and drag-and-drop questions. If the user answers incorrectly, they have the option to try again. If they still answer incorrectly, feedback is provided with the correct answer to help them learn and understand the material better.
